Terms of Service Agreement

• Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with COUNTY, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies stated herein.

• Pre-order Policy & Fulfillment Timeline: Pre-orders involve purchasing items before they are physically in stock or manufactured. Estimated shipping and release dates are provided as approximations only and are subject to change due to production delays, supply chain disruptions, or logistical factors.

• Payment Terms: Full payment for pre-order items is collected at the time the order is placed to reserve your item and secure manufacturing or allocation.

• Production and Manufacturing Delays: Pre-ordered goods are often in the process of being produced. Unforeseen setbacks at the factory or supply chain level can postpone the completion date.

• Inventory Transit Windows: Once manufactured, items typically require freight shipping and customs clearance to reach the fulfillment center before individual customer orders can be packed and dispatched.

• Phased Rollouts: Orders are often processed and shipped in batches or chronological order based on when the pre-order was originally placed.
