Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production Cycle Because our garments are manufactured and finished in specialized batches, fulfillment timelines are tied directly to our production cycle.

• Pre-Order Binding Agreement: All items sold on a pre-order basis are manufactured specifically for this batch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once submitted.

• The Production Queue: Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our manufacturing queue to secure material allocation and production capacity.

Why Your Package Hasn't Shipped Yet (Pre-Order Timeline) Pre-ordered items require custom manufacturing before they can be dispatched. Your package has not yet shipped for the following reasons:

• Active Manufacturing: Garments are currently moving through our production and finishing phases. Standard pre-order fulfillment windows typically require [2 to 4 weeks] from the drop date before items arrive at our fulfillment facility.

• Rigorous Quality Control: Once items arrive from our manufacturing plant, every piece undergoes a strict in-house quality inspection to meet our brand standards before individual packaging begins.

• Phased Dispatch: Orders are packed and shipped sequentially in batches based on when the pre-order was originally placed.

Transit Times & Tracking

• Once your items clear quality inspection and are packaged, standard shipping takes approximately [3 to 5] business days once scanned by the carrier.

• You will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email the moment your shipping label is generated. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's portal to update after dispatch.
